FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Eligibility
1. This promotion is open to GB residents only (England, Scotland & Wales) aged 16 and over.
2. Employees of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this Promotion may not enter the Promotion.
3. The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 13.12.23 and closes at 23:59 on 23.01.24 (the “Promotional Period”). Any entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
Voucher Request
4. You can receive a voucher by scanning the QR code printed on a PayPoint transaction customer receipt or Point of Sale item. This will take you to a website where you can submit your mobile phone number to receive a text message containing a unique voucher number and URL. You are only eligible to receive a voucher if you enter directly via the QR code. Participation in this promotion is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter on a case-by-case basis. Your device will require internet connection in order to click on the website link in the text message to see your voucher and store finder.
5. There will be no charge for SMS texts delivered to consumers as a result of voucher requests.
6. Maximum of 1 voucher per person using a mobile telephone number unique to the promotion. If more than one request is received from the same phone number, or from a different phone number by the same person, those requests will become void. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, brute force’ or any other automated means, those requests will also become void.
Voucher Redemption
7. This offer entitles consumers to receive a £0.50 off a 4x330ml pack or 1.75L bottle of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Diet Coke PMP or Non PMP supplied to a United Kingdom retailer by the Promoter (the “Products”), subject to these terms and conditions. Vouchers are available on a first come first serve basis.
8. The vouchers can be redeemed at any retailer with PayPoint transaction processing capabilities. The vouchers are not redeemable online.
9. The vouchers may only be used once in a single retail transaction.
10. Vouchers may only be used in participating stores stocking the Products. Use the store finder link in the text message that you receive the voucher to find your closest participating store. This offer is subject to availability and if the participating store has no Product available then the voucher cannot be used in payment or part payment of another product.
11. A maximum of 6,500 £0.50 off vouchers are available throughout the Promotional Period. This may be increased at the discretion of the Promoter. Vouchers are available to be claimed on a first-come first-serve basis. Vouchers will not be available during times when the promotion is not being advertised (and QR codes printed) on receipts as contemplated by clause 3 of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Each voucher is valid until the date stated on the voucher and cannot be extended.
13. Promotion is open from 00:01 on 13.12.23 and closes at 23:59 on 23.01.24 or until all vouchers have been redeemed, whichever is earlier. Promotion may not be publicised continually throughout this period.
14. All vouchers must be used before 23:59 on 23.01.24 or the date shown on the voucher, whichever is the earliest.
15. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, cannot be used to purchase any product other than the Products and has no monetary value.
16. The voucher is strictly for your use and is not transferable under any circumstances.
17. You must be present in a participating store at the time your voucher is processed. You must not ask retailers to process your voucher by giving them the details using telephone, email or any other method.
18. For help within a store, please return to the voucher page and select the appropriate logo of the payment network used by that participating store (i.e. PayPoint).
GENERAL
19. The Promoter's decision is final in all promotional matters.
20. Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in the promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
21. The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose. By submitting any information required, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

23. The Promoter and its agents reserve the right to verify all entries and to refuse to deliver a voucher or withdraw entitlement or refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or obtained a voucher using fraudulent means.
24. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
25. Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties, assume any responsibility or liability for:
- Any faulty, failed or wrong electronic data transmissions.
- Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion.
- Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
- Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the mobile operator’s network or any combination thereof.
